Formation at St. James' Church
Our calling as Christians is to be disciples, and to make disciples, of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20). Learning and practicing the fundamentals of Christian discipleship is a priority at St. James' Church, where we offer several regular opportunities to grow in faith and faithful living.

The Parables of Jesus
"The kingdom of God is like..."
Parables were Jesus' preferred method of teaching, and the stories he told are some of the most memorable, and most transformative, passages in all of Scripture. Join us for weekly reflection on Jesus' essential teachings about the Kingdom of God.
When: Tuesdays, 7:00-8:30 pm

Confirmation Classes
In the Spring of 2026, St. James' has active confirmation classes for both youth and adults. Youth preparing for confirmation meet on Sunday evenings, and adults — along with any members of visitors interested in learning more about the fundamentals of the faith — meet on Sunday mornings before church.
