What to Expect
Our weekly service at St. James' begins with prayer, hymns, several readings from the Bible, and an engaging sermon, and then culminates in the celebration of Holy Communion.
As Episcopalians, we use the Book of Common Prayer, which expresses an ancient Christian tradition in rich but accessible language. We make it easy for those who are visiting or new to our tradition to follow along and participate.
We warmly invite Christians who have been baptized in any denomination to join us in communion — and we welcome any person to be baptized at St. James'.
Want to learn more about what we believe, how we worship, or how we live as Christians and Episcopalians? Join us on Sunday mornings at 9:00 for Christian Formation. Each week we tackle a topic or question related to the fundementals of our faith.
